Manduka PROlite 瑜珈墊

I've had this mat for a few months and the cushioning is noticeably better than my old one, especially on hardwood floors. It's light enough to carry to class without feeling like a burden.

The zero-waste construction was a big selling point for me, and after three months of daily vinyasa it still grips the floor perfectly without a hint of wear. It's noticeably lighter than my old mat, which makes hauling it to the studio a breeze.

I wanted something lighter than the thick mat I'd been hauling to class, and this one rolls up tight enough to actually fit in my tote. The cushioning is still plenty for my knees during long holds, though it took a couple sessions to stop sliding until it broke in.
