YOGA Accessories Gaia ECO 瑜珈墊

The mat's texture gives just enough grip during downward dog without feeling sticky. I also love that I don't have to worry about harmful chemicals while practicing.

No chemical smell at all when I unrolled it, which was my main worry with a foam mat. It grips well even when my hands get sweaty mid-flow, and I like that there's no PVC or phthalates in it.

I've been trying to cut plastic out of my daily routine, so a PVC-free mat was the whole reason I picked this one up. It doesn't have that weird chemical smell new mats usually have, and it grips fine even when my hands get sweaty mid-flow.
