6'' Original SUPERBLOCK

The height is a game changer for my deep hip openers—I can actually rest fully instead of hovering in tension. The foam gives just enough give that it doesn't dig into my palms during holds.

Been using this for supported backbends and the 13-inch height makes a huge difference compared to my old foam block. The foam has just enough give that my hips don't dig in, but it still holds my weight without wobbling.

I'm not very flexible, so I was worried this would be too tall, but the 13 inches actually works great for supported lunges and hip stretches. The foam has just enough give that my hands don't slip when I lean into it.
