55-65 cm 防爆瑜伽平衡球

Finally a balance ball that doesn't feel like it's about to burst mid-plank — the anti-burst build gives me real peace of mind during core work. It's held up through daily resistance routines for weeks now, and the 65cm size is perfect for my height.

I use this for core work after my runs and it holds up great — the anti-burst material gives me confidence when I'm balancing in a plank. Inflated to 65 cm it's the perfect height for my desk setup too.

Wasn't sure a balance ball would survive my home workouts, but this anti-burst one has held up through daily planks and squats without losing air. The 55-65cm size inflates just right for my height, and it actually makes core work less boring.
