Yoga Accessories製 EVAマッサージフォームローラー

The firm EVA foam provides just the right pressure for working out knots in my upper back, and it holds up well without losing its shape even after daily use. The textured surface really helps grip the muscles during slow, deep releases. I’m finally sleeping better since adding this to my cool-down

I roll this on my calves after long runs and the knots finally loosen up. The EVA foam grips the floor well so it doesn't slide around mid-roll, which was my issue with a cheaper one I had before.

The EVA foam has just the right density—firm enough to work out knots in my calves but not so hard it bruises. I keep it by the couch and roll my back on it during TV commercials. Honestly didn't expect this much relief for the price.
