HALO Spine Stretcher

Finally, a foam roller that actually targets each individual vertebra instead of just mashing my whole back at once. I used it right after a long day of yard work and the 24 massage balls dug right into the knots I couldn't reach before.

The 24 little massage balls hit spots along my spine that my old foam roller completely missed. I use it for about five minutes before bed and my upper back feels looser the next morning.

I lie on this for ten minutes after my desk job and my mid-back finally loosens up. The 24 little massage balls hit both sides of the spine at once, which my old plain foam roller never did.
