That steel ball massager is a beast—it digs into knots way better than my old lacrosse ball ever did. The foam roller and balance cushion make the whole kit feel like a full gym setup without leaving the living room floor.

I bought this mainly for the balance cushion, and it's become my go-to for wobble squats while I watch TV. The steel ball massager surprised me too, it really digs into knots after leg day. Everything in the kit feels sturdier than the price suggests.

The foam roller is denser than I expected and works great on my calves after runs. The balance cushion has become my go-to for standing desk breaks, and the steel ball massager gets into knots my hands can't reach. Four pieces for this price felt like a steal.
