Thera-Band - 경질 PVC 핸들 튜빙 / 그린 / Heavy, 48''

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now to add resistance to my home workouts, and the heavy green tubing really challenges my muscles without taking up much space. The PVC handles give a firm, comfortable grip even during sweaty sets.

The green resistance is perfect for me now that I've progressed past the lighter bands in my PT routine, and the hard PVC handles give a much better grip than the cloth loops on other tubing I've tried. No complaints so far, and it's held up well to daily use for the past few weeks.

I've been using these for my home rehab exercises and the hard PVC handles make a huge difference in grip comfort compared to the regular bands I tried before. The 48-inch length gives me plenty of room for rows and chest presses without feeling restricted.
