3/8인치 필라테스 에어로 요가 매트 by YOGA Accessories

I was actually shocked at how much cushioning 9.5mm provides—it's like doing core work on a marshmallow but still stable enough for balance poses. The smooth surface doesn't grip my skin awkwardly, and it's held up fine after a month of daily use.

My knees thank me every time I do mat work now, since the 9.5 mm foam actually cushions my joints instead of letting them grind into the floor. It's thick, but I can still balance fine for standing poses.

The smooth surface is a pleasant surprise—no sticking or slipping during my Pilates routine. The foam is soft enough for side-lying stretches but still gives decent support, and I've been using it daily without any wear.
