YOGA Accessories プレミアム吊り下げTPEエクササイズマット

I’ve been using this mat for my home workouts, and the insulation really makes a difference on my cold basement floor. The TPE material absorbs impact well during floor exercises, and it’s held up nicely after several uses.

Bought this mainly for my basement workouts and the insulation actually makes a difference on the cold concrete. The impact absorption is solid too, my knees don't ache after lunges like they used to. Wipes down easy with a damp cloth, which matters since I sweat a lot.

The washable surface is the main reason I picked this over my old mat, and it really does wipe clean after sweaty sessions. It's a bit thinner than I expected on my hardwood floor, but the insulation keeps the cold from seeping through during floor work.
