1/4インチ エクストラワイド デラックスヨガマット by YOGA Accessories

Finally, a mat that actually covers my whole body when I lie down in savasana. The extra width solves the shoulder-overhang problem completely, and the cushioning is firm enough for balance poses but still comfortable for my knees.

My old mat felt cramped every time I tried a wide-legged pose, but this one finally gives my arms room to spread out without my hands hanging off the edge. The extra width makes a real difference in class, and it still rolls up tight enough to strap onto my bag.

I'm 6'2" with broad shoulders and my hands used to hang off my old mat during wide poses. This extra wide one finally keeps everything on the mat, and the surface has just enough grip that I'm not sliding in down dog.
