حمالة Presence من Manduka

Finally, a bra that actually stays put during downward dog without digging into my shoulders. The fabric has a nice weight to it and feels substantial enough for twisting poses. I like that I can wear it on its own or throw a tank over it.

The support is just right for my vinyasa practice, and I love how the fabric feels soft against my skin even when I get sweaty. Wearing it solo shows off the straps nicely without feeling too exposed.

The strap design is both stylish and functional—it stays put through my most intense vinyasa flows without digging in. I love wearing it solo for hot classes to show off the back detail, and it layers perfectly under a tank for cooler days. Definitely my new go-to for practice.
